- Air Fryer Lemon Butter Hake BakeA light yet comforting one-dish meal featuring flaky hake, buttery baby potatoes and colourful vegetables, finished with a rich lemon butter sauce.Serves: 4–6—🛒 Ingredients4–6 hake fillets800 g baby potatoes, halved1 large onion, sliced1 red pepper, sliced2 tbsp butter1 cup chicken stock250 ml fresh creamJuice of 1 lemon2 tsp BlixSam Lemon Leaf Spice2 tsp BlixSam Zesty Voël Premium Spice1 tsp BlixSam Garlic Melt SpiceFresh parsley, choppedLemon slices, for serving (optional)—👨🍳 Method1. Build the Flavour BasePlace the butter, onion and red pepper into an oven-safe dish that fits your air fryer.Sprinkle over:2 tsp BlixSam Lemon Leaf Spice1 tsp BlixSam Garlic Melt SpiceAir fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, stirring once, until the onions have softened.2. Add the PotatoesAdd the baby potatoes and toss well in the seasoned butter.Pour in 1 cup chicken stock.Cover tightly with foil and air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes.3. Prepare the Lemon Butter SauceWhisk together:250 ml fresh creamJuice of 1 lemon2 tsp BlixSam Zesty Voël Premium SpicePour the sauce over the potatoes.4. Add the HakePlace the hake fillets on top of the potatoes.Spoon some of the sauce over the fish.Cover again with foil.5. Air FryCook at 180°C for 15–18 minutes, or until the hake flakes easily with a fork.Remove the foil for the final 3–5 minutes to lightly brown the top.6.
