  1. Chocolate Nutty Oat Treats
    A classic chocolate oat treat with a rich chocolate flavour, crunchy nuts, and a delicious BlixSam twist. Perfect with coffee, as a lunchbox snack, or a quick homemade sweet treat.
    Makes: ±20 treats
    Prep Time: 15 minutes
    Bake Time: 10–12 minutes

    🛒 Ingredients
    125 g butter
    1½ cups sugar
    ½ cup milk
    ⅓ cup cocoa powder
    Pinch of salt
    1 tsp BlixSam Vanilla Cake Flavouring
    1 tsp BlixSam Chocolate Cake Flavouring
    3½ cups oats
    1 cup crushed nuts
    (peanuts, walnuts, pecans, almonds, or a mixture)

    👨‍🍳 Method
    1. Prepare the chocolate mixture
    Place the butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and salt into a saucepan.
    Heat gently while stirring until the butter has melted.
    Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 2 minutes.

    2. Add the BlixSam flavour
    Remove from the heat.
    Stir in:
    BlixSam Vanilla Cake Flavouring
    BlixSam Chocolate Cake Flavouring
    Mix well.

    3. Add oats and nuts
    Add the oats and crushed nuts.
    Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.

    4. Shape and bake
    Place spoonfuls onto a lined baking tray.
    Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until slightly firm.
    Allow to cool completely before serving.
