Fireball Slushy
A refreshing frozen drink bursting with warm cinnamon flavour and a striking fire-red colour. Think cinnamon sweets, red hot candies and festive treats in icy slushy form.
Ingredients
3 cups ice cubes
1 cup lemonade or Sprite
1 teaspoon BlixSam Fireball Cake Flavouring
1–2 drops BlixSam Red Gel Colour
Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Method
1. Add the ice and lemonade to a blender.
2. Add the BlixSam Fireball Cake Flavouring.
3. Add just 1–2 drops of Red Gel Colour.
4. Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth slushy consistency.
5. If too thick, add a little more lemonade.
6. Pour into chilled glasses.
7. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
For an Extra Frosty Slushy
Freeze your glasses for 15 minutes before serving.
Add an extra ½ cup of ice for a thicker texture.
Serve immediately for the best consistency.
