Strawberry Slushy
A refreshing frozen drink bursting with sweet strawberry flavour and a beautiful strawberry-red colour. Perfect for hot summer days and loved by both kids and adults.
Ingredients
3 cups ice cubes
1 cup lemonade or Sprite
1 teaspoon BlixSam Strawberry Cake Flavouring
1–2 drops BlixSam Red Gel Colour
Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Method
1. Add the ice and lemonade to a blender.
2. Add the BlixSam Strawberry Cake Flavouring.
3. Add just 1–2 drops of Red Gel Colour.
4. Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth slushy consistency.
5. If too thick, add a little more lemonade.
6. Pour into chilled glasses.
7. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
For an Extra Frosty Slushy
Freeze your glasses for 15 minutes before serving.
Add an extra ½ cup of ice for a thicker texture.
Serve immediately for the best consistency.
