Turkish Delight Slushy
A refreshing frozen drink bursting with sweet Turkish Delight flavour and a beautiful rose-pink colour. Floral, refreshing and perfect for hot summer days.
🍋 Lemon slices

🧊 Extra crushed ice
🍯 Honey drizzle This slushy should have a vibrant rose-pink colour and a refreshing flavour reminiscent of Turkish Delight sweets, rose desserts and summer treats, while remaining light and icy refreshing.
Ingredients
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup lemonade or Sprite
- 1 teaspoon BlixSam Turkish Delight Cake Flavouring
- 1–2 drops BlixSam Red Gel Colour
- Turkish Delight sweets for garnish (optional)
Method
- Add the ice and lemonade to a blender.
- Add the BlixSam Turkish Delight Cake Flavouring.
- Add just 1–2 drops of Red Gel Colour.
- Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth slushy consistency.
- If too thick, add a little more lemonade.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with Turkish Delight sweets if desired.
For an Extra Frosty Slushy
- Freeze your glasses for 15 minutes before serving.
- Add an extra ½ cup of ice for a thicker texture.
- Serve immediately for the best consistency.
