Deluxe Strawberry Frappé
A refreshing café-style strawberry frappé made with real strawberries and enhanced with BlixSam Strawberry Cake Flavouring for an extra burst of fruity flavour.🛒 Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 tsp BlixSam Strawberry Cake Flavouring
- ½ tsp BlixSam Vanilla Cake Flavouring
- 2 tablespoons sugar syrup or honey
- Whipped cream for topping
👨🍳 Method
1️⃣ Add the strawberries, ice, milk, vanilla ice cream, BlixSam Strawberry Cake Flavouring, BlixSam Vanilla Cake Flavouring and sugar syrup to a blender. 2️⃣ Blend until smooth, thick and icy. 3️⃣ If the frappé is too thick, add a splash of milk. If it is too thin, add a few extra ice cubes. 4️⃣ Drizzle strawberry sauce inside a tall chilled frappé glass. 5️⃣ Pour in the frappé and top with whipped cream. 6️⃣ Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and serve immediately with a straw.💡 BlixSam Twist
For an even more indulgent version:- Add ½ tsp BlixSam Cream Soda Cake Flavouring for a strawberries-and-cream style frappé.
- Add white chocolate shavings for a dessert café finish.
- Freeze the strawberries beforehand for an even thicker, frostier frappé.
