Crispy Ham & Cheese Wrap Triangles
Golden, crispy wraps filled with juicy ham and gooey melted cheese – a quick and delicious snack or light meal!
Ingredients
2 wraps
1 cup ham, finely chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Maizina
2 tbsp water
1 tsp BlixSam Pasta Mio Seasoning
½ tsp BlixSam Smoke Craft Smokey (or Paprika if preferred)
½ tsp butter
Method
Cut each wrap in half.
Place a portion of the chopped ham in the centre of each half-wrap.
Season the ham with BlixSam Pasta Mio Seasoning and BlixSam Smoke Craft Smokey.
Sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese over the ham.
Mix the Maizina and water together to form a smooth paste.
Lightly brush the edges of each wrap with the Maizina paste.
Fold each wrap into a neat triangle, sealing the edges firmly.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with the butter.
Fry the triangles until golden brown and crispy on both sides, with the cheese melted inside.
Serve hot with sour cream, sweet chilli sauce, or your favourite BlixSam sauce.
