Cream Cheese, Ham & Peppadew Wrap Wheels

Ingredients

• 4 large flour tortillas
• 250 g cream cheese, softened
• 200 g sliced smoked ham
• 100 g sweet peppadews, drained and finely chopped
• 2 spring onions, finely sliced
• 2 tsp BlixSam Garlic Melt
• 1 tsp BlixSam Lemon Leaf
• Freshly ground black pepper

Method

1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, BlixSam Garlic Melt, BlixSam Lemon Leaf and black pepper until smooth.
2. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
3. Arrange the sliced ham evenly over the cream cheese.
4. Sprinkle the chopped sweet peppadews and spring onions over the ham.
5. Roll each tortilla up tightly into a log.
6. Wrap each roll tightly in cling wrap.
7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
8. Remove the cling wrap and slice each roll into 2–3 cm wheels using a sharp knife.
9. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with extra spring onions or chopped peppadews.
