  1. BlixSam’s Cheesy Creamy Garlic Mushroom Dough Bake
    Serves: 4
    Soft dough balls baked in a rich, cheesy garlic mushroom sauce.
    Melting inside. Golden on top.

    🛒 Ingredients
    - 1 pack shop-bought dough, cut into golf ball-size pieces
    - 1 packet mushroom soup powder
    - 250 ml cream
    - 1 cup water
    - 2 tbsp butter
    - 1 tbsp minced garlic
    - 1½ cups grated cheese

    1️⃣ Bloom the flavour foundation – Sam's signature move
    Melt the butter in a pan. Add the minced garlic, BlixSam Pasta a la Sam and BlixSam Arm Maat. Allow everything to bloom until fragrant and lightly sizzling.
    💥 This builds a deep, savoury flavour base.
    2️⃣ Build the cheesy creamy mushroom sauce
    Mix the mushroom soup powder, cream and water until smooth. Pour into the garlic butter and simmer until it begins to thicken. Stir in 1 cup of grated cheese until melted and smooth.
    💥 Thick, creamy, cheesy sauce loaded with flavour.
    3️⃣ Build the dough layer
    Lightly grease an ovenproof dish. Arrange the dough balls in a single layer. Pour the hot cheesy sauce over the dough and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup grated cheese on top.
    4️⃣ Bake to perfection
    Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes, or until:
    - The dough is cooked through
    - The top is golden and bubbling
    - The cheese is melted with crispy golden edges
    5️⃣ Finish the flavour
    Lightly sprinkle BlixSam Pasta a la Sam over the top just before serving.
