Pineapple Slushy
A refreshing frozen drink bursting with tropical pineapple flavour and a beautiful sunshine-yellow colour. Perfect for hot summer days and backyard braais.

🍯 Honey drizzle This slushy should have a vibrant sunshine-yellow colour and a refreshing tropical flavour reminiscent of pineapple sweets, pineapple juice and frozen tropical treats.
Ingredients
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup lemonade or Sprite
- 1 teaspoon BlixSam Pineapple Cake Flavouring
- 1–2 drops BlixSam Yellow Gel Colour
- Fresh pineapple for garnish (optional)
Method
- Add the ice and lemonade to a blender.
- Add the BlixSam Pineapple Cake Flavouring.
- Add just 1–2 drops of Yellow Gel Colour.
- Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth slushy consistency.
- If too thick, add a little more lemonade.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple if desired.
For an Extra Frosty Slushy
- Freeze your glasses for 15 minutes before serving.
- Add an extra ½ cup of ice for a thicker texture.
- Serve immediately for the best consistency.
